VP of Operations | PMO Lead
Geff Garnhart serves as Insignia’s Vice President of Operations and leads our company’s Program Management Office. Geff is responsible for customer and vendor relationships, organic growth, competency expansion, mentoring, and delivery excellence across our active programs and contracts.
Geff has over 15 years of experience in program and project management, development and leadership of information systems creation and maintenance across commercial and government agencies. Leadership experience includes multiple years of delivery management, enterprise architecture, application development and maintenance tours across both Military Health and Veterans Affairs programs. Management expertise spans enterprise level program and project management, PMO set up and execution across both large and small companies. Geff grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and minor in Psychology from Allegheny College in Meadville, PA.
